Niouli is a wonderful EO when it comes to anything related to the respiratory system.
The plant is distilled and the Oil that is extracted from the leaves, twigs and stems, is rich in Monoterpenes and Oxides. These are natural chemicals found in the plant.
This means it is refreshing, uplifting, and will help with anything respiratory. With cold and flu season this is a great EO to use in blends for these issues.
It does have a bit of a menthol aroma but is very pleasing to the senses.
